What is the cost and delivery time?

We will inform you of the delivery process of your order through the email you provide us.

National shipments are made through the Correos company. The cost of standard national shipping (peninsula) has a cost of €5 and is free from €50.

Delivery time for standard national shipping is 2-3 business days and urgent/express delivery is 24-48 business days (at a cost of €8)

In times of Black Friday, Christmas and special offers with high volume of shipments, orders may be delayed.

How I can keep track of my order?

Once we have prepared your order, you will receive a tracking number and from there you can control it yourself.

Where do you send?

We are based in Barcelona, Spain and in Lyon, France. We ship nationally (including the Canary Islands, Portugal, Ceuta and Melilla) and internationally in the European Union.

What payment methods do you accept?

All. You can make the payment by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bizum.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, you must choose the special gift wrap option in the cart just before checkout.

You can also add a personalized message that will be sent on a card made by us.

The cost of this extra service is €1.5, but don't miss it, our gift packaging is precious!

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

The preparation of orders is fast, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to arrive in time to make the change.

However, do not hesitate to write to us at holapersea@gmail.com and we will do our best to attend to your request.

What material are the jewels made of?

The jewels are all 18k-21k gold plated bronze.

The closures of some accessories such as bracelets and necklaces are made of stainless steel.

Is there any special care to be given to the products?

Stainless steel parts do not require any specific care.

The bronze pieces with a gold bath do, since it is not a gold or silver jewel.

To extend the life of the piece and its gold plating, we recommend: that they do not come into contact with water or chemical products, that you do not exercise with them, and that you always keep them in their cotton bag. From time to time, clean them with a microfiber cloth. This will lengthen its durability over time.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you make changes and returns?

Yes, the maximum period to make a return is 30 calendar days after the delivery of the order.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

If a product arrives defective you can send us an email to holapersea@gmail.com or write to us at +34 635 37 04 77 attaching photographs in which we can see the product and assess it internally and be able to give you an answer as soon as possible.

This, within 3 days after receiving the product.

In any case, we will make sure that you always have the best Persea quality.

What is the return policy?

The period to make a return is 30 calendar days after the delivery of the order.

It is essential that the products subject to a return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use; otherwise, no return can be made.

It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that items reach Persea in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the requested return.

Can an order be cancelled?

You can cancel an order, but you must contact us immediately by calling us at +34 635 37 04 77 or by sending an email to holapersea@gmail.com to notify us, within a maximum period of 24 hours after making the purchase.

Once cancelled, the full amount of the order will be refunded.
